As we grow our commercial sales team, we're looking for someone who can walk a roof, build relationships, and win work in a competitive market.
What you'll do:
- Perform commercial roof inspections, takeoffs, and develop detailed scopes of work
- Sell reroofing, service/maintenance, coatings, and new construction projects
- Generate your own business through prospecting, networking, and referrals — not just waiting on leads
- Manage a pipeline, follow up on company-provided leads, and close high-value jobs
- Present polished proposals and guide customers from first conversation to signed contract
- Collaborate with estimating, production, and operations to deliver on every promise you make
Roofing systems you'll work with:
- TPO
- Spray foam
- Coatings
- Metal
- Tile
- Shingle
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years in commercial roofing, construction, or building materials sales
- Strong working knowledge of commercial roofing systems and how to scope a job
- Comfortable on rooftops — you can walk a job and know what you're looking at
- A self-starter who doesn't need someone standing over them to hit their number
- Excellent communicator — with owners, facilities managers, and general contractors alike
- Valid driver's license
