About The Role

This position focuses primarily on developing and maintaining commercial roofing opportunities within the SE market. You'll be responsible for building relationships, generating bid opportunities, managing projects through the sales process, and closing business. Training will be provided for non-industry hires.

This is not a transactional sales role. Success requires strong networking, relationship management, and strategic business development skills.

What You will Do

Develop and maintain relationships with:

Current customers

Multifamily property owners and operators

Property management companies

Asset managers

Architects

Engineers

General contractors

Commercial building owners

Generate new bid opportunities through networking and business development activities.

Manage opportunities through the sales cycle from prospecting to contract award.

Collaborate with estimators and operations teams to prepare competitive proposals.

Track relationships and sales activity within CRM software.

Attend industry events, association meetings, networking functions, and trade shows.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of future opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Commercial roofing sales experience preferred but not required.

Experience selling construction, restoration, property services, or commercial contracting solutions will also be considered.

Established network of commercial decision-makers is highly desirable.

Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.

Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement.

Ability to manage long sales cycles and nurture opportunities over time.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Compensation

Salary + commission

Truck allowance or company vehicle (must be able to safely travel with a 32" ladder and tools.
