Roof Experts, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent<\/b> to run commercial projects. 
<\/div><\/div>

Key Responsibilities:
<\/h3><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Supervise and Lead Teams:<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Oversee foremen and field crews to ensure safe and efficient roof system installations.
      <\/li>
    • Conduct safety audits, provide training, and address performance or disciplinary issues.
      <\/li>
    • Perform performance reviews and recommend promotions or raises.
      <\/li><\/ul><\/li>

    • Ensure Project Success:<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Monitor quality, production, and resource use to meet contract goals.
        <\/li>
      • Track labor, schedule materials, and coordinate subcontractors.
        <\/li>
      • Conduct pre -job planning, safety plans, and work efficiencies.
        <\/li><\/ul><\/li>

      • Customer Engagement:<\/b>
        <\/p>

        • Maintain regular communication with customers to address questions and concerns.
          <\/li>
        • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and delivering warranties.
          <\/li><\/ul><\/li>

        • Manage Field -to -Office Communication:<\/b>
          <\/p>

          • Submit reports, coordinate job details, and review final paperwork.
            <\/li>
          • Investigate incidents and ensure documentation is timely and accurate.
            <\/li><\/ul><\/li>

          • Exemplify Leadership:<\/b>
            <\/p>

            • Participate in project reviews, support teamwork, and demonstrate a commitment to professional development.

                      Preferred Qualifications:<\/b>

                      • Bilingual fluency, CDL, and specialized certifications (e.g., OSHA, forklift, rigging).
