What You’ll Do
- Maintain and service commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose electrical, airflow, refrigeration, and heating problems
- Work on RTUs, package units, split systems, and heat pumps
- Replace motors, belts, capacitors, contactors, and filters
- Capture accurate digital tickets, notes, and photos
- Keep truck stock organized for quick turnarounds
- Communicate clearly with clients and office personnel
Territory
- Main coverage: Los Angeles County
- Additional coverage: North Orange County
- Occasional: Riverside support
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of HVAC field experience
- EPA certification
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Self-directed, able to work independently
- Dependable and professional
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial HVAC experience
- RTU-specific experience
- Background with property management accounts
- VRF and controls exposure
