What Youll Do

• Build and manage relationships with commercial clients across multiple industries.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, pipeline, negotiation, and closing.
• Secure Local, Regional, and National Pre-Loss Agreements.
• Participate in emergency on-call rotation for urgent commercial leads.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth restoration projects.
• Track sales activity and submit reports.

What Were Looking For

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in restoration, emergency response, or service industries.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Comfortable with after-hours emergency response.
• Motivated by commission and growth potential.

Requirements

• Must pass background check dating back to age 18.
