Preferred qualifications:
Sales experience with commercial projects in Construction industry is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify bid opportunities across the territory
Build strong relationships with GCs, subcontractors, developers, mechanical contractors, manufacturers, architects, and government agencies
Manage opportunities and track activity in Salesforce and lead‑generation tools
Visit job sites to gather scope details and support accurate pricing
Collaborate with sales managers, construction managers, and estimating teams on labor, equipment, materials, freight, and compliance requirements
