Commercial Sales Estimator

Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to join our Sales Team in our Capitol Heights, MD branch. This position requires in office time Monday-Friday. No remote work. 

Job duties to include, but are not limited to:

• Meeting with potential clients at project sites.
• Costing, quoting and follow up of quotes and bids.
• Processing paperwork after the sale.
• Communicating with clients throughout the sales and installation process until project completion.
• Entering jobs into Salesforce.
• Submitting jobs for billing.

Candidates should have good communication and organizational skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Salesforce platform a plus.

This position is full-time, exempt. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Compensation includes base plus commission.

The minimum compensation for this position is $61,000.00 annually.

The maximum compensation for this position is $137,000.00 annually.
