Salary Range: $50000.00 - $350000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Educate clients on different insurance options, understand their unique needs, and advise them on suitable coverage options, policies, and packages tailored to their requirements
• Generate and follow up on leads to meet consistently meet or exceed sales targets, as well as other performance metrics such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and policy renewals
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriters, claims processors, and customer support, to provide a seamless customer experience and expediate policy issuance and claims processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to effectively educate clients and recommend appropriate solutions

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or related field a plus
• Proven experience of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation, as well as thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software
• Prior experience in the insurance industry, particularly in sales or customer experience, a plus
