Commercial Senior Project ManagerManage all phases of commercial construction projects from planning to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Oversee budgets and financial reporting to ensure cost-effective project execution. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize project outcomes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all job sites. Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or budgets. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
