Commercial Service HVAC Technician

A leading provider of residential and commercial mechanical services is hiring for Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to support operations based out of the Raynham, MA area. This role is responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems in the field, while delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring all work meets safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, maintain, and replace commercial HVAC systems in a variety of environments, including confined or elevated spaces
- Diagnose system issues and implement effective solutions
- Provide high-level customer service during daily client interactions
- Complete all service documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and dispatch
- Attend meetings and adhere to company policies and safety standards
- Respond to on-call rotations (every 4 weeks) and weekend service needs

Key Requirements:

- EPA Certification REQUIRED
- Must hold one of the following:
- RI Journeyman License
- MA Refrigeration Technician License
- Sheet Metal License
- Prior commercial HVAC service or construction experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Willingness to work on-call and weekends

Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $32 - $45/hour
- $10,000 sign-on bonus (3-point pay structure)
