Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Job description:

The CSA Administrator supports material intake operations by ensuring inbound serviceable and unserviceable assets are received with complete and accurate documentation. This role resolves logistics exceptions, corrects shipment discrepancies, and coordinates with internal teams and external partners to support timely processing of incoming material.

This position operates in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment requiring strong attention to detail, prioritization skills, and consistent follow-through.

Salary- 60k-70k

Role Responsibilities

  • Resolve inbound material turnbacks from logistics providers (e.g., UPS) due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect documentation
  • Investigate shipment discrepancies and coordinate with Model Managers, disassembly/assembly and test sites, repair shops, and logistics partners to obtain required information
  • Track and manage exception queues, ensuring resolution within 24-48 hour timeframes
  • Retrieve and process alerts from MRO Collab to support purchase order workflows
  • Obtain missing or corrected documentation from external and internal stakeholders
  • Validate shipment and asset data using request files and related systems
  • Use SAP and Webtop to retrieve removal tags, update transaction data, and maintain accurate records
  • Support reporting of inbound material exceptions, trends, and resolution status

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and standard office tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts
