Our Client, a Mining company, is looking for a Commercial Services Officer - Project Contractor for their Chicago, IL / Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
Perform day to day Commercial Services operations such as contract and sales order entry, shipments, invoicing, 3 party marketing purchases for resale, metal reconciliation.
Participate in initiatives that can bring additional value or improved experiences to our internal/external stakeholders
Apply standard documentation process and performance clauses (SLA's) to ensure customer and contract obligations are fulfilled
Manage month end reporting activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field, or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of SAP
Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
Ability to work in a multi-product environment and standardize processes
Accounting/Finance and metal accounting reconciliation
Adaptability to change and evolving deadlines
Trading skills
