We are looking for experienced, dependable route managers to run commercial snow routes throughout the winter season.

If you have snow removal experience, know how to manage a route, and can be counted on when the weather hits, we want to hear from you.

This is a snow-event position.

Snow doesn't follow a schedule—and neither does this job. Snow and ice events can happen at any hour, any day of the week, including overnight, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

You must be responsible, responsive, reachable, and ready to work when an event occurs.

What You'll Do

As a Route Foreman, you will be responsible for running your assigned route from start to finish and making sure every property is serviced safely, correctly, and on time.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage assigned snow route
• Direct and coordinate operators, drivers, and laborers during snow events
• Ensure all assigned properties are completed within required service timelines
• Operate plow trucks, skid steers, loaders, snow blowers, salt spreaders, and other snow equipment
• Plow, salt and deice parking lots and other designated areas
• Clear sidewalks and walkways if needed
• Apply salt and de-icing materials
• Stay in communication with dispatch and management throughout each event
• Respond promptly to calls, texts, and dispatch instructions
• Monitor route progress and adjust as conditions change
• Confirm completion of assigned properties
• Report delays, equipment issues, property damage, or other problems immediately
• Complete required route and service documentation
• Ensure operators, drivers and laborers follow company safety and service standards

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of snow plowing or snow and ice management experience
• Crew Lead, Route Lead, or supervisory experience
• Experience operating plow trucks and snow removal equipment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate medium-duty non-CDL trucks
• Minimum Non-CDL Class C is required, or willingness to obtain immediately.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage a route and crew without constant supervision
• Safety-conscious and able to make good decisions under changing conditions
• Dependable and responsive—we need to be able to reach you when snow is coming
• Flexible availability for unpredictable snow events, including nights, overnight hours, early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift and carry 50–70 pounds
• Able to site for multiple hours during a snow event driving a plow truck and staying focused
• work outdoors in severe winter weather
• Able to shovel, walk, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods
• Able to work extended shifts during significant snow events
