Site Manager
Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain workflow efficiency. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Review project plans and specifications to ensure proper execution of tasks. Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide updates.
Experience with managing construction projects in the property industry. Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Proven ability to lead and coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
