Description

• • Lead all onsite construction activities and field operations.
  • Manage subcontractors, inspections, scheduling, and site logistics.
  • Coordinate directly with Project Managers and design‑build partners.
  • Ensure projects meet schedule, quality, safety, and budget expectations.
  • Run daily planning meetings and subcontractor coordination meetings.
  • Maintain strong communication with owners, inspectors, and consultants.
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain clean, organized job sites.

Profile

A successful Commercial Superintendent should have:

• • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Experience with ground‑up and renovation commercial projects.
  • Design‑build experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of site logistics, scheduling, and trade coordination.
  • Hands‑on leadership style with active site presence.
  • Strong communication skills with owners, subs, and internal teams.
  • Local to or able to work full‑time in the Charleston, SC area.
