Description

  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain efficient workflow
  • Enforce safety protocols and foster a strong safety-first culture
  • Implement and maintain quality control standards across all phases of construction
  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to avoid delays
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, materials, and costs
  • Collaborate closely with project management to ensure alignment on deliverables

Profile

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial or multifamily construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and site coordination
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and lead field teams effectively
  • Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards
  • Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
