Location: Fort Collins, CO

Project Type: Commercial Construction
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee onsite construction activities for ground‑up and renovation commercial projects in the Fort Collins area. This role is responsible for day‑to‑day field leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily onsite operations for commercial construction projects
Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers to maintain schedule and workflow
Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations
Review drawings, schedules, and scopes to proactively identify and resolve issues
Conduct daily huddles, safety meetings, and progress updates
Maintain quality control and ensure work complies with plans and specifications
Work closely with the Project Manager to track progress and address field challenges


Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and trade coordination
Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors in active jobsite environments
Solid knowledge of safety best practices and jobsite compliance
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
