Job Description
- Managing ground up municipal and commercial projects from foundation to key turnover.
- Successfully lead construction projects valued over $80M+.
- Delivering on time and within budge projects for clients across Phoenix.
- Create and maintain the master schedule.
- Oversee a Project Engineer and delegate tasks.
- Work alongside Project Managers and subcontractors to deliver successful projects.
- Client facing skillset.
- Scheduling experience is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.
- Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work.
- Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects from preconstruction stage to completion.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience.
- Need to have been the lead Superintendent on a project.
- Commercial construction experience is required.
- Scheduling experience is a must.
- Will be the sole Superintendent on project, no PM, PE's, or other Supers.
- Self-starter, go-getter type that can manage the schedule and subcontractors.
- Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work.
- Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects from preconstruction stage to completion.
- Familiarity with Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Suites.

- Base salary: $110-135K, based upon experience
