Key responsibilities include:Manage ground-up construction projects from mobilization through final completionLead daily field operations and oversee subcontractor performanceCreate, maintain, and drive project master schedulesCoordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and site logisticsEnsure projects remain on schedule and proactively address delaysRun daily, weekly, and milestone planning meetingsDeliver exceptional quality control throughout all phases of constructionEnforce jobsite safety standards and promote a safety-first cultureCollaborate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and engineersThe successful applicant:Has 10+ years of experience as a Construction SuperintendentHas extensive experience leading projects from groundbreaking to closeoutHas a strong background in commercial construction, industrial construction, or education/K-12 constructionHas experience managing projects valued at $10 million or greaterHas demonstrated expertise in project scheduling and master schedule managementHas a strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and site logisticsHas experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trade partnersWhat's on offer:Competitive base salary up to $185,000 + bonus and car allowance or company vehicle.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Employee-owned culture with no micromanagement - you run your jobs from cradle to grave.Career growth opportunities in a supportive, team-centric environment.
