Construction Superintendent

As the Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading all on-site construction activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within quality expectations. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage ground-up construction projects from mobilization through final completion
- Lead daily field operations and oversee subcontractor performance
- Create, maintain, and drive project master schedules
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and site logistics
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and proactively address delays
- Run daily, weekly, and milestone planning meetings
- Deliver exceptional quality control throughout all phases of construction
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and promote a safety-first culture
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and engineers
The successful applicant:
- Has 10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Has extensive experience leading projects from groundbreaking to closeout
- Has a strong background in commercial construction, industrial construction, or education/K-12 construction
- Has experience managing projects valued at $10 million or greater
- Has demonstrated expertise in project scheduling and master schedule management
- Has a strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and site logistics
- Has experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trade partners
