Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team. This role provides hands-on leadership for the on-site execution of commercial construction projects across multiple U.S. markets. Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial construction job sites
Lead and coordinate subcontractors to maintain a productive and efficient work flow
Ensure full understanding and execution of project drawings and scope
Create and manage 3-week look-ahead schedules using Microsoft Project
Uphold quality assurance and manage punch lists to final completion
Implement and monitor site-specific safety programs
Conduct weekly safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance
Self-perform light construction work when efficient and appropriate
Maintain strong communication with project managers and clients throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience as a superintendent in commercial construction
Three verifiable client references
Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills
Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, quality standards, and safety protocols
Willingness and availability to travel to various project locations
