Commercial Superintendent | Tampa

Seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up and tenant improvement healthcare construction projects in the St. Petersburg/Tampa market. This role will oversee field operations, safety, scheduling, subcontractor performance, and project delivery from start to finish.

Description

* Lead on-site construction activities for healthcare ground-up and TI projects

* Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and daily field operations

* Enforce safety standards and maintain quality control throughout construction

* Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, and consultants

* Track progress, resolve field issues, and drive successful project delivery

Profile

* Minimum 7 years of experience as a Superintendent on healthcare projects

* AHCA experience required

* Proven background delivering ground-up and tenant improvement projects

* Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project

* Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills

Job Offer

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 base salary
