Commercial Interiors General Contractor Superintendent

Job Description
Manage day-to-day jobsite operations from project kickoff through completion. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved. Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Conduct quality control inspections and oversee punch list completion. Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants. Resolve field issues and keep projects moving efficiently. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and company standards.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have: 3+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor. Proven track record delivering commercial interiors projects. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics. Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices. Organized, proactive, and capable of driving projects to successful completion.
