Commercial TI Superintendent – Phoenix, AZ

A growing commercial contractor is looking for a Superintendent to lead commercial tenant improvement projects across the Phoenix metro area. Projects include office, medical, retail, restaurant, and other commercial spaces, typically with budgets up to approximately $2 million.

This role is a good fit for a hands-on Superintendent who can manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and keep smaller projects organized, safe, and on schedule.

What you’ll do

• Lead commercial tenant improvement projects from mobilization through closeout

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics

• Build and maintain project schedules and communicate updates

• Monitor job costs, quality, safety, and schedule performance

• Review plans and specifications and resolve field issues

• Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and trade partners

• Complete project documentation and support timely closeout

What we’re looking for

• Commercial construction Superintendent experience

• Background leading tenant improvement projects

• Ability to manage smaller projects independently and coordinate multiple trades

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Working knowledge of plans, specifications, construction sequencing, and jobsite safety

• A steady, team-oriented approach and interest in a long-term opportunity

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary generally in the $95,000–$115,000 range
