The Commercial Title Assistant is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Performs clerical tasks to support timely escrow closings and title recordings.
  • Creates title files and abstracts documents for content and formatting to ensure recordability.
  • Receives physical packages, collates original signatures, uploads documents into electronic files, and processes original documents for closing.
  • Prepares and completes trackers for portfolio and multisite closings.
  • Submits documents for recording in the appropriate jurisdiction and handles rejected recordings.
  • Processes post-closing tasks including sending closing packages, completing final policies, and uploading documentation into electronic files.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong detail orientation.
  • Minimum 4+ years of title industry experience.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Commercial title experience.
Pay Rate: $22.85 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
