TempExperts is seeking an experienced Commercial Transaction / Real Estate Paralegal to join a highly respected national law firm in Coral Gables, FL. This role provides advanced support to attorneys on complex commercial and residential real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development projects, and multi?property transactions. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong transactional judgment, and the ability to manage high?volume, deadline?driven workflows with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute comprehensive closing checklists, closing binders, escrow instructions, and transaction timelines.
Conduct and analyze tract, ownership, judgment, tax lien, and UCC searches; identify and resolve discrepancies proactively.
Review and interpret title commitments, surveys, title policies, legal descriptions, and endorsements; coordinate directly with title officers to clear complex title issues.
Obtain and evaluate entity documentation, tax bills, redemption estimates, and jurisdiction?specific compliance materials.
Draft, review, and organize sophisticated transactional documents, including mortgages, assignments, loan agreements, amendments, estoppels, and related financing instruments.
Prepare and respond to title objection letters; manage communications with title companies, lenders, and opposing counsel to ensure timely resolution of clearance matters.
Review zoning applications, land?use materials, and due diligence reports; flag issues requiring attorney attention.
Coordinate closings from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all documents and deliverables.
Balance escrow disbursements and assist with post?closing follow?up, including recording, policy issuance, and document distribution.
Serve as a key liaison to attorneys, clients, lenders, developers, and title companies, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
