With expertise across multifamily, healthcare, senior living, financial institutions, hospitality, industrial, and commercial construction, the company has built its reputation on quality execution, strong client relationships, and a commitment to employee success.Job DescriptionLead all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through project completionManage subcontractors, vendors, and project logisticsDevelop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft ProjectEnsure projects meet safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectivesCoordinate inspections, approvals, and project documentationConduct daily jobsite meetings and subcontractor coordination meetingsWork closely with Project Managers and company leadershipManage field reporting and documentation using Project Site (Trimble platform)Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationshipsLead project closeout and turnover activitiesThe Successful ApplicantProven experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground-up construction projectsMultifamily construction experience strongly preferredCommercial construction experience involving structural steel will also be consideredAbility to independently manage projects valued at $20M+Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, safety, and quality controlExperience leading subcontractors and field personnelStrong communication and leadership abilitiesWillingness to travel throughout the SoutheastStable career history with demonstrated project leadership experienceWhat's on OfferCompetitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 USD.Discretionary Annual BonusCompany TruckGas CardCompany-Provided Housing While Traveling HotelAirbnbRental HousingDaily Food Per Diem: $30-$40 per dayHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k)PTO: 2 Weeks InitiallyIncreases to 3 Weeks with Tenure
