Job Description

The Dominos Commercial Truck Driver safely drives company commercial vehicle over or on established route(s) to deliver product to Domino's Pizza store locations. The Class A Commercial Driver will unload stop-loaded product at each store location, provide exceptional customer service to stores, pick up empty tray container/ carts, and deliver back to Domino's Supply Chain Center.

Drivers may run routes as part of a team or as a single driver. Some overnight stays may be necessary.

On occasion, the Commercial Truck Driver may be asked to shuttle trailers to and from partner companies or position trailers at dock doors. All Domino's team members ensure that all tasks performed are done in a safe manner, including wearing proper PPE.

Class A Commercial Truck Drivers uphold the highest standards of professionalism as a representative of Dominos and play a critical role in the companys supply chain operations.

To qualify for the CDL A Driver position, you MUST have a CDL A license and MINIMUM 6 months of verifiable Commercial Motor Vehicle Experience.

• Downtime rate per hr $20.00*
• Single driver per mile $0.6360*
• Team driver per mile $0.5347*
• Single driver per pound $0.0206*
• Team driver per pound $0.0139*
• rates quoted incorporate expected overtime

Please note that your Mileage and Weight Rates as set forth above have been set to incorporate anticipated hours worked in excess of forty hours per week. In other words, Domino's has increased what these rates would otherwise have been (a base rate of pay) to reasonably approximate any overtime (at 1.5 x base rate) and combine the base rate and anticipated overtime to establish the Mileage Rate and Weight Rate set forth in your offer letter.

• HOURLY PAY RATES WILL START OCTOBER 18, 2026*
• $37 - $39/ hour, based on number of years of verifiable driving experience
• Sleeper Berth Pay (per hour): 50% of hourly rate
• Call-in Pay (per occurrence) - $150 - $250
• Bonus Opportunities:
• Safety Bonus - $2,000 annually
• Company Bonus - 2% of annualized hourly rate
• Join & Stay Bonus - $10,000

Various shifts, drivers dispatch out from 1:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with Air Brakes for all driver positions
• Minimum 6 months to a year of verifiable CDL‑A driving experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• DOT Medical Certificate
• Clean MVR and ability to pass DOT physical & background check
• Comfortable with touch freight and working in refrigerated environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift to from floor above head 25 lbs. frequently, and 50 lb. occasionally throughout shift
• Work in extreme temperatures [0-38 degrees] or heat [80+ degrees], and environment with exposure to loud machinery
• Ability to work well on a team but can be self-motivated and independent at times
• Must be available to work during a shift which may be scheduled anytime during a 24-hour day, over any 7-day period, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work around yeast and flour

Preferred (Not Required):

• Mountain driving experience
• Chaining experience
• Experience driving in winter and adverse weather conditions
