Job Summary
The Commercial Truck Driver (Class B CDL) ensures safe and consistent transportation to meet customer commitments and maintain operational throughput. This role requires prior roll-off experience and places a strong emphasis on safety, accurate documentation, and clear communication with dispatch.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate Class B vehicles safely; complete assigned pickups/deliveries.
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections; report maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain required logs and delivery documentation.
- Coordinate with dispatch to manage route changes and customer requirements.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance policies.
Required Qualifications
- Class B Commercial Driver’s License Required.
- Safe driving track record and ability to follow procedures.
- Strong reliability and communication.
- Candidates must possess prior experience driving and operating roll-off trucks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Materials/recycling route experience.
- Familiarity with Central Texas and surrounding routes is a plus.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- This schedule is subject to change depending on the fluctuation of production demands.
