Overview:

At Gallagher’s Risk Placement Services (RPS), we’re looking for a Producer to drive business growth by developing and managing a portfolio of clients. This role is all about building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your contributions will make a real impact.  This is a production role with sales goals and metrics.

How you'll make an impact:

In this role, you’ll focus on growing your client portfolio and delivering exceptional service. You’ll identify new business opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and build long-lasting relationships with clients. By conducting risk assessments and staying informed about market trends, you’ll provide clients with the best insurance solutions. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and attend industry events to expand your network.

 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and account managers to deliver excellent service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and attend networking events.

 

About you:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Experience in insurance sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the wholesale space.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, risk management, and industry regulations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Relevant insurance licenses as required by state regulations.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
