Commercial Van Sales Manager

We are specifically seeking to fill an immediate opening for a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Commercial Van Manager.  You will be responsible to manage and grow the commercial van portion of the business.  We are looking for an experienced and energetic person that will work well with our existing team to coach and counsel sales consultants and ultimately grow this important component of the Mercedes-Benz portfolio.

Commercial Sales Consultant Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Pro-Actively grow Commercial Vehicle Customer Base by calling, visiting and cultivating prospective commercial vehicle customers.
• Manage group of professional sales consultants related to commercial vehicle sales
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the General Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours & weekends
• Experience in commercial van sales and working knowledge of automotive sales platforms
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record
• While not a requirement, previous commercial van sales experience would be a real asset
