Build your future with a company making a real impact on commercial building envelopes across the U.S. In this Commercial Waterproofing Estimator opportunity in Saginaw, TX, you’ll help win and shape bids for high-value waterproofing projects while working with a team that invests in long-term growth.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Waterproofing Estimator position include:
- Experience estimating commercial waterproofing projects.
- Prepare competitive bids and complete estimates for commercial waterproofing work.
- Review plans and specifications and develop pricing for submission.
- Attend pre-bid walkthroughs as needed.
- Estimate projects ranging from approximately $200K–$300K up to several million dollars.
- Bid across the U.S. (company operates in 28 states).
- Focus on waterproofing scope (approximately 40% of company work).
- Experience submitting bid packages.
Salary: $125,000 - $165,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Medical coverage is provided through Aetna, dental coverage through Guardian, and vision coverage, MetLife critical/accidental coverage; there is also a 401(k) with a 3% match, plus profit sharing after three years.
