We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Commercial Window Cleaning Technician to join our team.

Window Cleaning Technician Responsibilities:
Clean commercial windows and frames using water-fed poles, traditional squeegee, and other professional methods
Safely operate ladders, poles, and aerial lifts / boom lifts on multi-story buildings
Deliver streak-free, high-quality results on commercial properties
Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining professionalism on job sites
Follow safety protocols and job checklists
Occasional pressure washing support (bonus skill)
Window Cleaning Technician Qualifications:
Valid California Driver’s License (required) and clean driving record
Prior professional window cleaning experience (traditional squeegee + poles preferred)
Comfort working at heights and ability to climb ladders
Lift / aerial platform certification or experience strongly preferred
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to perform physical labor outdoors
Pressure washing experience is a plus
Pay is based on experience
