Bring your commercial estimating expertise to a fully remote opportunity with impactful window projects across Michigan and beyond. This Commercial Window Estimator role is a part-time, 1099 contract opportunity averaging approximately 20 hours per week. You’ll partner directly with a dedicated team to deliver accurate pricing, strong value engineering, and on-time outcomes—all while working fully remotely.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Window Estimator position include:
- 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
- Value engineering experience required
- Residential-only estimators will not qualify
- Prepare window project estimates for jobs ranging from approximately $20K to $2M
- Work on projects including car dealerships and student housing
- Utilize STACK for estimating
- Support the current estimating process, including manual plan review and plan highlighting
- Provide estimating support as part of the transition from a retiring estimator
- Work approximately 20 hours per week on a part-time, 1099 contract basis
- Fully remote opportunity
Salary: $25–$50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.
