Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Foremen to join our team. The ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of foreman experience in the construction industry, specifically in metal fabrication and installation. This role involves overseeing projects, managing teams, and ensuring that work meets high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project teams on-site, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Interpret and work from architectural drawings and technical specifications.
• Oversee the fabrication and installation of metal wall panels, roofs, louvers, sun screens, glass, and glazing.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Mentor and train team members, fostering a productive and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of foreman experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in metal fabrication and installation.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing teams effectively.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
