Job TitleLead high-profile projects inside the iconic World Bank campusJob DescriptionManage commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication. Coordinate with field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Drive project planning, procurement, scheduling, and execution activities. Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders. Work closely with the Director of Operations and project support staff to ensure successful project outcomes. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates on project performance and milestones. Resolve project challenges proactively while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. Based full-time at a major client site in Washington, DC with a schedule of 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM.The Successful Applicant6+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction. Proven experience independently managing projects from start to finish. Background managing commercial interior construction projects preferred. Experience overseeing projects in the $1M-$2M range highly desired. Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.What's on OfferBase Salary: 120,000-140,000 (depending on experience).
