Job Title: Commercial Loan Closing Specialist 2

Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary Range: $31.00 - $32.54

Introduction

This role involves participating in low to moderately complex initiatives and identifying opportunities for process improvements within Commercial Loan Closing. The selected candidate will review and analyze assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Strong mortgage background.
• Experience with document handling/document management.
• NCINO experience is a significant plus.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Simply Docs.
• Experience with LaserPro.
• First Mortgage loan documentation experience has strong transferable skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations for Lending fulfillment as part of the document preparation team.
• Create documentation to secure the lien that the bank is taking on the property.
• Work closely with front office bankers to document commercial real estate and non-real estate doc packages.
• Partner with the front office to collect information needed to complete due diligence, including insurance, flood, environmental, title work, appraisals, etc.
