Commerical Roofing Foreman

·         5+ years of commercial roofing experience
·         Full knowledge of all manufacturers, roofing systems and installations procedures
·         Valid driver’s license
·         No fear of climbing ladders or heights at a minimum of 25 ft.
·         Ability to consistently lift/move/carry up to 50 pounds
·         Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced work environment
·         Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions
·         Willingness to follow direction set forth by management in all aspects of the job
·         Open to suggestions for improvement, where needed
·         Demonstrates leadership qualities
·         Strong time management skills
·         Ability to coach and train crew members
·         Strong problem-solving skills
·         Safety Oriented
·         Knowledge of OSHA regulations
·         Comfortable using technology, including a smartphone/tablet for various applications
·         Available and willing to work weekends as needed
·         A dependable team player with a positive attitude is a must!
