Job Title: Commercial Assistant
Location: Mount Olive, NJ (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $21–$23/hour

Overview
Work directly with the CEO in a highly visible role supporting global customers, distributors, and internal operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants broad exposure across customer service, logistics, commercial operations, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer quotations, order entry, processing, and acknowledgements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and distributor inquiries
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments and provide order status updates
  • Partner with warehouse, logistics, service, and sales teams to ensure exceptional customer support
  • Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and assist with regulatory documentation
  • Maintain CRM records and ERP system data accuracy
  • Support service, sales, and distributor training events
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational projects
  • Provide administrative support and collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; some college preferred
  • Experience in a customer-focused, operations, logistics, or manufacturing environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable interacting with customers, distributors, and senior leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
