What will you do?
Prepare and bake the fresh, scratch-made bread that has been a part of our locally loved recipes for 20+ years. The volume of bread baked supports the daily needs of 4 locations and catering.
Work in our industrial kitchen, mixing and kneading large batches of dough
Shape and bake loaves in our deck ovens
Follow all sanitation and health policies and procedures
Aid and support all commissary operations as needed
A team player who is positive, works well with others, and takes pride in consistency
Dependable, on time, and hard-working
Able to multitask and work efficiently with minimal supervision
Available for late-night or early-morning hours (10 pm or 12:00 am shift start)
Must be able to move or lift over 50lbs regularly and at times up to 100lbs
Able to work full-time hours (35-40 hrs. per week) or part-time (15-20 hrs. per week).
