• Recruit, select, onboard, and train electrical and electronic engineering staff.

• Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and provide ongoing coaching and counseling.

• Monitor job performance, conduct reviews, and implement disciplinary actions as needed.

• Plan and manage compensation, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.

• Support strategic initiatives by contributing electrical engineering insights and recommendations.

• Develop and execute action plans to meet production, productivity, quality, and customer service goals.

• Identify and resolve operational issues, conduct audits, and implement system improvements and change initiatives.

• Create and maintain production schedules aligned with organizational goals and deadlines.

• Establish, enforce, and monitor compliance with health and safety standards, procedures, and legal regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
