The Polian Agency in Waco, TX is looking for a driven and motivated Commission Based Sales Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Present and sell products/services to potential clients in a compelling and professional manner
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance goals
• Follow up with leads and manage a personal sales pipeline
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies
• Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience preferred, but motivated newcomers are welcome to apply
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation structure
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in the Waco, TX area
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
