\n* Greet customers and provide an exceptional buying experience while exemplifying Timberline's Core Values.
\n* Build relationships and consult with customers to determine the right building for their needs.
\n* Respond quickly to inbound web, phone, and social media leads.
\n* Design custom buildings using our 3D Shed Builder.
\n* Educate customers on payment options, including our Rent-to-Own program.
\n* Guide customers through site preparation, delivery, and post-sale support.
\n* Merchandise the sales lot by maintaining clean displays, accurate pricing, signage, and fresh inventory presentation.
\n* Capture photos and create social media content highlighting inventory and promotions.
\n* Maintain accurate customer records, quotes, and follow-up activities within our CRM.
