Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem, KY. In this role, the associate engages walk-in and phone-in customers, explains building options, features, and pricing, and guides buyers through product selection that fits their needs. Daily tasks include preparing accurate quotes, following up on leads, maintaining organized sales records, and coordinating with operations to ensure timely delivery and installation. The associate will handle contract documentation, process orders, and provide ongoing customer support before and after the sale.
