A candidate with strong experience in Mechanical Construction projects will strongly be considered and interviewed. This is a Commissioning Specialist (Mechanical) position. All candidates must meet the following expectations and be able to work independently with minimal oversight. As a Commissioning Specialist, you will be responsible for checklists, observations, meeting attendance, witnessing tests and procedures, customer satisfaction and other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do:

Understanding and following communication plans with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project status Understanding project schedules, milestones, critical path, ability to identify future looking planning needs and constraints Collaborate with technicians, team leads, and other PMs to perform project Cx tasks, meet schedule requirements, communication project progress, and review of plans / specifications and submittals' Support customer satisfaction initiatives by building customer relationships, investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions as directed Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with internal and external customers

What you'll need (minimum qualifications):

Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Consistent dependability and availability. Ability to work in a fast-paced construction field and office environment Have the aptitude to learn new systems. General Mechanical Systems Knowledge. Knowledge of commissioning processes, documentation and implementation. Interpret controls one line drawings for integration with equipment is a plus

Good to have:

1-5 years experience in the field Experience working with building owners is preferred
