Broadwell Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Common Area Attendant to join our team in Oswego, NY. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our property’s common areas, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant environment for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and restrooms.
- Perform routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Restock supplies and amenities in designated areas to ensure continuous availability.
- Report any damages, maintenance needs, or unusual occurrences to management in a timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to support overall operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a custodial or cleaning role preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to performing duties with high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
