Job Summary
The Common Area Attendant/Janitorial is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the Clubhouse, Millhouse, Love Shack, Shark Shack, and Turf Care and ensuring all areas meet established standards of cleanliness. This role is also responsible for reporting maintenance issues, damaged property, and lost and found items.
Primary Responsibilities & Essential Functions
Remove all garbage/recycling from all offices and housekeeping rooms
Clean and maintain all mirrors and entrance doors
Spot clean any spots on carpets, report any large spots for shampooing
Maintain daily checklist
Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
Follow all company safety and security procedures
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage of hotel property
