Job Description:
Job Summary:
To implement education, training, and/or communication programs of moderate to high complexity that meet client, participant, and/or Client goals.
Typical day in the life for this role:
- Responsible institutional clients, support the creation participants communications on behalf of planned sponsors, work with creative team, they make sure it's the right communications, makes sure edits are incorporated, strong project management skills and strong communications skills, must be flexible, handle low complexes, works directly with the external client, must be comfy talking with the client via email; not looking for writers, more about project management
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To implement education, training, and/or communication programs of low to high complexity that meet client, participant, and/or Client goals.
- Interacts extensively and coordinates detailed procedures and expectations with plan sponsors, recordkeepers, relationship managers, and internal departments throughout the project process to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manages multiple projects efficiently while delivering highest quality education, training, and/or communication programs.
- Coordinates a creative team that collaborates to deliver creative education, training, and/or communication solutions.
- Ensures each client's satisfaction with Client by optimizing external or internal client experience.
- Communicates client program status and other key information regularly with internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrates fiscal responsibility by closely monitoring project allocations.
- Partners with internal teams to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Five years related business experience.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Able to manage multi-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to quickly learn the creative process.
- Knowledge of Institutional business.
