The Communications and Development Manager manages and executes MON's communications strategy across all platforms, end to end. This role also supports the Executive Director in development and fundraising efforts, including donor relationships, campaign execution, and coordination with development consultants for specialized work such as grant writing and major gift strategy. Reporting to the Executive Director, this is a senior role for someone who brings strong communications expertise, sound judgment, and consistent, dependable execution.This role requires full reliability and follow-through.
