POSITION SUMMARY The Communications and Graphic Design Specialist plays a key role in elevating Neighborhood House’s brand, visual storytelling, and digital presence. As part of a small, fast-moving, collaborative Communications and Marketing team within the Advancement team, this position creates compelling visual assets across print, digital, and social media platforms that engage, inspire, and mobilize our community. The ideal candidate can translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging materials while managing multiple projects and deadlines; is creative, collaborative, and organized; and demonstrates strong skills in design and project management. WORK LOCATION This in-person role is based in St. Paul, MN. This position is primarily an in-office setting with interaction at various Neighborhood House sites and occasional off-site meetings or events. Occasional local travel is required; reliable transportation is necessary (mileage reimbursement available).
