As the Communications and Patient Advocacy Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and executing communication and engagement strategies that strengthen organizational alignment, enhance business performance, and reinforce Novartis'' reputation. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, develop compelling communication programs, and foster meaningful engagement across diverse stakeholders.     About the Role

    Develop and execute integrated communication and engagement strategies aligned with business priorities and organizational objectivesLead the planning, coordination, and implementation of communication campaigns, programs, and initiatives across the organizationPartner with senior leaders to provide strategic communications counsel and support key business prioritiesEnsure consistent application of Novartis communication policies, processes, and brand standardsDrive employee engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, alignment, and awarenessBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while managing communication-related business mattersLead, coach, and develop communications professionals while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvementEssential Requirements Bachelor''s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related fieldProven experience developing and leading strategic communications and engagement programs within a complex organizationStrong stakeholder management skills with experience supporting senior leaders and business functionsExcellent written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, communication channels, and projects while delivering measurable resultsDesirable Requirements Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industry environmentExperience leveraging digital communication platforms, data analytics, AI-enabled tools, and employee engagement technologies to enhance communication effectivenessRewards At Novartis, we're committed to reimagining medicine together - and rewarding the people who make it happen.Expected Remuneration Range for role: CAD 128,240 - 178,027 The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.The rewards of being part of our team go far beyond base pay and incentives.
